Vacancy: Area Franchise Officer

Vacancy Type: Permanent

Business Unit: Crop Protection

Functional Area: Sales

Location: Lahore, Multan, Bahawalpur, Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

  • To effectively communicate and coordinate with Sales, Operations, Marketing and franchisees.
  • To assist Area Sales Manager on monitoring franchises, policy implementation and sales tracking and business growth at individual franchisee level.
  • To ensure implementation of operational policies by franchisees in accordance with Company policy, vision and mission.

Requirements:

Critical Knowledge:-

  • Must understand the franchisor/franchisee relationship.
  • Understand franchisees role in improving sales and building market share.
  • Be able to identify and address different forms of resistant behavior of franchisees and getting franchisees to implement necessary changes.

Critical Experience:-

  • Sales and channel management
  • Customer management/Team Management
